When we send your parcel, we will send you an e-mail with delivery information and the carrier SDA will send you a link so that you can track your order online.
Only people aged 18 or over, who are not under guardianship, with an address in Italy and subject to VAT, can place an order, with the exception of the following postal codes: 47890, 47891, 47892, 47893, 47894, 47895, 47896, 47897, 47898, 47899, 00120, 23030, 22060, 22018, 22010, 21050.
Shipping charges are applied to all orders. For home deliveries these costs are € 5.90. The carrier SDA (express carrier) will deliver the parcel directly to your address.
RESIN PRO will do its best to deliver orders in the shortest possible time and in the order in which they were placed. The goal of RESIN PRO is to deliver orders from 24-48H after confirming the order, but a delivery for the islands takes longer even if we use the carrier 24-48H. Despite the goal of delivering within the specified time range, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
Useful information for the purchase.
Payment can be made by the following methods: Credit or stored-value Card / PayPal. Pay with your credit or stored-value card / Pay with your PayPal account.
PAY ATTENTION: in order to pay by credit or stored-value card, press “PROCEED TO PAYPAL”, and the option “Choose a payment method” will appear. Just choose the method “You don’t have a PayPal account? Open a PayPal account or pay with your credit or stored-value card” and follow the instructions. 2) Wire transfer: payment confirmation usually comes in a couple of days. 3) Collect on delivery: the cost of the service is € 2.90, the request must be confirmed by email (shipping costs, € 5.90). Payment in cash upon delivery. The cost of the service is € 2.90 for all purchases excluding the “RESIN AT YOUR HOME WITHOUT SHIPPING COSTS” offer. The prices published on www.resinpro.it are to be understood as including current VAT but excluding shipping charges. Delivery costs for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of the parcel. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the order conclusion procedure. The cost for shipping “carrier 24-48 H” is €5.90. If RESIN PRO is unable to deliver the order in its entirety and more than one shipment is necessary, the Customer will not be charged for any additional shipments. Prices may vary between the shop, the catalog and online.
After submitting the order, if the Customer has provided the e-mail address, he will receive a confirmation e-mail. If for any reason RESIN PRO is unable to execute the order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. If RESIN PRO has already received payment for this order, it will reimburse the amount using the same method chosen by the Customer to make the payment. If, for any reason, different agreements are required, RESIN PRO will inform the Customer by requesting to contact RESIN PRO Customer Service, which will refund them.
RESIN PRO exerts maximum diligence in accepting and processing orders and will do its best to deliver orders to a residential address or other addresses in Italy, according to the shipping option selected by the Customer. It is not possible to deliver to people residing at the following postal codes: 47890, 47891, 47892, 47893, 47894, 47895, 47896, 47897, 47898, 47899, 00120, 23030, 22060, 22018, 22010, 21050. It should be noted that deliveries are not made to business addresses. RESIN PRO will do its best to deliver orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were placed. The goal of RESIN PRO is to deliver orders from 2 to 4 working days after confirmation of the order (3-5 days for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia). Despite the goal of delivering within the specified time range, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order. Before issuing the order, RESIN PRO will inform the Customer of the details of the planned shipment. After sending the order, if the Customer has provided the e-mail address, he will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the data of the planned shipment. The customer can cancel or return the order from the date of issue up to 30 days after receiving the ordered items. If the Customer has been charged the amount of the items, he will receive a refund including the standard shipping costs excluding the costs of returning the items to RESIN PRO, equal to € 5.90, if these costs have been generated. If the customer decides to keep some items by partially canceling the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the Customer wishes to cancel or return the order, he must send RESIN PRO a communication (email) to firstname.lastname@example.org / or a written letter by mail, mentioning product code and buyer’s name or by sending a letter to the RESIN PRO Customer Service, via G. Cavalcanti 40; / or by completing and sending the standard form issued by the Consumer Rights Authority; and return the goods to us as indicated in section 6 (Returns) below, within a period of 30 days. RESIN PRO will reimburse the amount paid using the same method used by the Customer for payment (or, if payment has not yet been made for the goods, it will report the return of the items on the account summary) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notification, provided that RESIN PRO has received the items or a proof that the items have been sent to RESIN PRO. A different payment method may be used for the reimbursement, provided that the Customer consents to such change; in any case, this will not produce additional costs.
RESIN PRO guarantees the refund of all returned items according to the section (Withdrawal from the order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were at the time of receipt by the Customer. This means that the items must not have been opened, damaged, soiled, and that all labels and tags must be intact. It is possible to enter the payment data when the order is placed, using PAYPAL service, a valid credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard). The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on the card but will not be charged until the items are shipped. RESIN PRO reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, the credit status in relation to the order value and the correctness of the purchaser’s address. RESIN PRO may refuse the order based on the results of these verifications.
None of the provisions contained herein limits or excludes the liability of RESIN PRO for any case in which an exclusion or limitation of liability would be contrary to the law. RESIN PRO accepts responsibility in the event of death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or that of its employees or agents. RESIN PRO does not exclude its liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us, our employees or agents.
In case of violation of these Terms, RESIN PRO will be liable only for losses that constitute a reasonable and predictable consequence of such violation. RESIN PRO is not responsible for indirect losses that are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or opportunities; neither for the impossibility to deliver the goods or to fulfill our other obligations sanctioned by the present terms, when such lack is to be imputed to an event beyond our reasonable control, included but not limited to fires, floods, storms, revolts, civil strife, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activities. The maximum liability of RESIN PRO for any loss or damage connected with the order placed on www.resinpro.it will be limited to the total price of the order. If you have a problem with a product that you purchased from RESIN PRO online, and you have not solved the problem with RESIN PRO, you can submit your complaint to the EU online dispute resolution platform (the “ODR platform”).
The ODR platform offers consumers and professionals within the EU the possibility of reaching an extrajudicial solution for complaints related to online purchases. The unique entry website is designed to be interactive and easy to understand, available in all official EU languages and free. Using the ODR platform the consumer and the professional can contact a body in charge, and then try to find a solution to the dispute. The ODR platform is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If the purchased goods are defective, RESIN PRO will comply with all applicable warranty regulations. If the Customer wishes to expose a complaint regarding an evident defect of the material or the manufacture in the goods supplied by us, including the damages resulting from the transport, the Customer is asked to notify it by immediately returning the goods to RESIN PRO, contacting us at email@example.com.
RESIN PRO reserves the right to assign any credit due and raised following the delivery of goods, including any debit owed to third parties.
If any part of these Terms was or became declared void or unlawful or unenforceable under the law, this will in no way affect the applicability or legitimacy of the remaining Terms.
